1. Accounting and Tax Analyst (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent should manage and process financial transactions recording accurately to ensure effective reporting of accounting, reconcile all company transactions and reports with external parties (stakeholders, Bank Indonesia) and manage corporate tax payments and reports of company transactions. ensuring compliance to all government regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, good knowledge in Brevet A & B
• Deep interest and capability to work with details and numbers
• Good analytical thinking
• Multitasking and can maintain work quality under pressure

2. Payroll Officer (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

(S)he will responsible to manage accuracy and update of employee master data as well as administration and implementation of reward-payroll activities (salary, welfare and overtime) that aligned with overall company policies and government regulation: reconcile reward transactions and reports with internal parties (i.e. Finance) and external parties (bank, Jamsostek, actuary, insurance, pension fund provider); and implement employee relations program to support good working climate.

Requirements:

• Experience in payroll function
• Deep interest and capability to work with details and numbers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Sound knowledge in payroll system, MS. Office (especially Excel Function), tax regulations: PPH 21 & PPH 26, labor laws
• Multitasking and can maintain work quality under pressure
